o Executed channel strategies and developed marketing and product campaigns tailored to diverse markets such as Club, Mass, Beauty, Grocery, Independent and Specialty Health Stores, C-Stores, Spa and professional channels. o Coordinated the sale of agency services for a new startup digital marketing agency, The GCMG Agency. o Pioneered a lucrative new Product Sourcing practice in the CBD and Wellness categories. o Coordinated the entire sales process and revenue pipeline for various brand clients using internal and JV distributor relationships to optimize market coverage. • Vice President of Sales, Vertical Wellness, Inc.: Pre- IPO CBD and wellness company with vertically integrated cultivation through production and sales & marketing model. $80mm capital raised. o Delivered go-to-market plan for eight new CBD brands targeting wellness, beauty and pet categories. o Built and led national rep groups to cover over 400K retail doors with 400 retained sales staff members. o Championed the launch of a three-day National Sales Summit to roll-out all brands and equip field sales teams.
