Served as a trusted Advisor and business partner to C-Suite leaders for two hospitals. Worked directly with hospital CFOs and other Business Office leaders to identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience, reduce outstanding patient balances and improve the facility’s bottom line cash flow. Responsible for leading product implementation and customer service training to all front-end revenue cycle operations staff.
