Provide senior leadership and direction to the organization's multi-specialty clinical enterprise serving patients in several clinic locations. Responsible for the development and maintenance of key relationships with community partnerships. Key leader involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new providers. Project lead on all clinic expansions and integration and separation of service lines, as required to meet business needs. Oversee front-end revenue cycle operations at all clinic sites. Worked directly with legal department to lead all negotiations for new and existing clinical revenue contracts and work collaboratively with credentialing to ensure incoming providers are meeting deadlines with document submission.
