I • Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with the marketing team to create promotions to aid in increasing revenue. • Prepared product training sessions with Product Management to support adoption of emerging solutions and improving Customer Experience, CX. • Organize and present effective client presentations, including stakeholders at all levels of the organization to reinforce a deep enough understanding of clients' challenges. • Achieved President Club status 2003.
