National Account Manager 2013 – 2020 Management of NEC’s National Channel accounts to improve related volume, increase GPM and market share. Weekly National Accounts overview, market share and competitor analysis to identify continuous business opportunities to enhance sales and profitability. • Progression of strategic partners by increasing adoption of emerging technologies and value proposition. • Strategic analysis and development of activities communicating technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Public and Private, and Disaster Recovery solutions increasing Return on Investment improving the Customer Experience. • Concentrate client prerequisites, clarify benefits and overcome objections with statistics illuminating improvements, including improved Return on Investment. • Delivered leadership to excel stated goals regarding net-new, expansion of existing business opportunities and GPM with demonstrated results. • Earned NEC President’s Club Award 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018 achieving a minimum 110% of annual budget influencing sales teams to focus improving their quality of living as the ultimate result.
