Daily Duties at Conexus Medstaff:

Supported nurses and clients within assigned region. Traveled to assigned areas and assisted with nurse mobilization including position orientation, arrangement of living accommodations, local bank accounts, and cell phone service. Collaborated with the Chief Nursing Officer to address issues concerning nurses in assigned territory. Assisted with weekly payroll and resolved related hospital financial issues. Reviewed contracts and provided human resources support. Handled immigration documents, assisted in verifying eligible employment, and uploaded necessary documents in BlueSky database and LawLogix. • Deployed 12 international RNs in three states: 9 in Iowa, 2 in Florida, 1 in Michigan. • Assisted in placement of 10 RNs in Iowa and New Jersey. • Revised employee handbook providing clarity on non-contractual employee practices and procedures.
