Established company operational human resource foundation. Developed and employed talent acquisition plans, leadership training and management, and HR infrastructure. Designed and led talent acquisition, management, and retention initiatives focused on simplified process. Trained and mentored leadership in employment relations, total rewards program, and universal policies.
