Daily Duties at United Healthcare:
• Led United HealthCare’s Medicare & Retirement sales and marketing activities for all field distribution channels in Alabama. • Oversaw strategic business plan development and implementation, budget administration and oversight, strategic marketing and communications, market rollout of all Medicare product lines, staff management and development. • Led five Territory Managers, encompassing over 90 direct Internal Career Agents and over 1,700 unique selling field Agents within our External Distribution Channel. • Additionally, during my tenure, led the sales strategy for UHC Medicare Advantage Plans in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.
