Lead a team of young engineers to oversee control system interface between package vendors, plant control system vendors, process engineering, and the client to facilitate the plant to start-up without rebuilding packaged equipment or adding interface equipment after finding issues during commissioning and start-up which costs unavailable time and out of budget money.
