Leading the team to design and engineer Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Systems consisting of multiple complex items, that must communicate and control each other to achieve a plant that is efficient. Provide the process engineer with the instrumentation and control systems necessary to improve process efficiency and be successfully controlled by the plant operations staff. Possess the ability and desire to take young engineers and mentor them into high performing engineers. Enthusiastic leader who provides resources to other team members to execute the job and save time, while fulfilling client requirements and meeting schedule. Areas of expertise include:  Control System hardware and program  Communication protocols and addresses  Factory acceptance test  Electrical system design  Program methods and documentation  Client specification adherence  System controls interface test  Instrumentation system design
