Grow my business of financial advising to over 2,000 clients that I built from 0. Also to grow the 8-12 other agency owner's/year (total to date of over 60 agency owners) their businesses and train them to be more successful and develop their staff. I worked closely with other brand company partner vendors/wholesalers and developed product knowledge to share in seminars, presentations, and best practices development training. I led a 5 state region in product development, trial programs, and company goal implementations so that others would have all the tools needed to be more successful to meet and exceed national corporate goals.
