Daily Duties at Kcpl/Evergy:
Managed Reliability Engineering and Environmental Compliance at multiple power plants with primary focus on the Iatan Plant which was the newest and most critical plant for the company. Indirectly managed both union and non-union employees, provided training for root cause analysis, environmental and health and safety. Managed pollution control projects and implementation of corrective actions developed as part of root cause analysis.
