Oversaw the Children Health Home Care Management Program and supervised 2 Care Managers and 4 MSW Interns. Selected to lead the development, operation, and delivery of healthcare services in accordance with LSSNY while supporting the Executive Director of Social Services in directing Children and Families’ policies. Delivered and executed strategic plans in alignment with the established quality standards and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
