Daily Duties at Lutheran Social Services Of Ny :
My primary responsibility at Lutheran was to implement the Children Health Home program and serve as the ‘A to Z’ leader overseeing all daily operations of the program. Care managers and MSW interns reported to me, whom I supervised, evaluated, and mentored. I started my days with reviewing cases, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement. I conducted meetings, organized training, and drew and discussed weekly/monthly reports. I oversaw all of Quality Assurance myself. I participated in several committees for Children's health home and CCF. I developed the Policy and Procedure for the LSSNY Children Health Home Care Coordination Program. I also assisted with the implementation of Managed Care in the Social Services Department.
