Develop Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) policy and Letter of Agreements for UAS airport operations and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Prepare regulatory documents for ASSURE, RTCA and prepare documentation for the Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) and Environmental documents compliant with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Extensive knowledge in research and development of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), integral in supporting clients with how emerging technologies and intelligent transportation systems will impact airports and transportation operations. Develop Urban Air Mobility (UAM) policy for multiple jurisdictions including LADOT, DALLAS and Sydney Australia.
