• Managed a team of project managers, project engineers, technical writers, and administrative staff of 13+. • The Project Services group was responsible for implementation of 3rd party and internal IT projects with a focus on WAN, LAN, Firewalls, and VPN technologies as well as Desktop/LAN outsource contracts.
