• Responsible for all IT Services delivered to sites in Houston, South Texas, NW New Mexico, Louisiana, Offshore Gulf of Mexico, Caracas, and Mexico City. • The IT Services provided included Telecommunications voice and data, Windows server and UNIX based server support, Messaging services, Desktop Support, and Service Desk support for a user count exceeding 6000. • Management responsibility for a staff of over 70 individuals.
