Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard Enterprise:

• Lead and develop a team of 6 employees to perform exceptionally • Evaluate, coach and enhance IT program management staff performance • Oversee all functions of program management supporting the design, development and launch of server, storage and network management software with a focus on Virtualization, Cloud/Hybrid Cloud and overall Enterprise Data Center environments, resulting in over 1.5 million licenses sold to customers • Research, recommend and execute strategies for hardware and software enhancements to increase employee productivity • Manage all IT vendors, negotiate contracts for cost control and review all IT contracts annually • Oversee, plan, coordinate and implement IT-related projects, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget • Manage corporate IT Security standards and activities with respect to security certifications and compliance, including partnering with other teams to define and enforce guidelines • Direct all operations of program management and coordinate development teams, quality assurance teams, technical writers, beta program, support and technical services, training, marketing and launch activities from program inception to launch, including post launch product support • Mentor employees in developing expertise and skillsets for Program Management related responsibilities Key Accomplishments o Developed new processes and procedures to manage update releases, resulting in a major reduction of staff efforts required to support and implement update releases o Enhanced the automation and reporting of customer found issues, and served as primary liaison between Software Engineering teams and Support Organization
