Daily Duties at C & W Trucking & Sons, Inc.:

Direct oversight for outreach to client customers to collect payment on overdue bills by informing customers of their debt and their various options for payment. When agreeable payment terms were not reached, advanced actions to collect payments on debts, including expanded attempts to locate and contact clients to discuss debts, advise customers on payment options, negotiate payment plans and payment schedules to suit the customer’s current financial situation. Maintained customer files and websites, recorded freight pickup, shipment progress, load delivery, and contact dates. Prepared statements for credit departments and banks when customers failed to meet payment agreements. • Reduced collection backlogs and increased profit margin by assisting the Vice President of Processing with unidentifiable Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments posted to accounts. • Improved operational efficiency through ordering and processing all oversize permits for the entire fleet.
