● Managed and built project tracking in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint ● Utilized Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies due to the transition from Waterfall to Agile in the PMO. ● Managed the program budget and project plan while also building a work breakdown structures and managed resources against budget and skill set ● Organized and facilitated meetings, maintained meeting notes, action items, created and managed the project site, created project documentation such as Project Charter and Communication plan, and tracked the overall health of the project in Microsoft Project
