• Managed 35+ Business Intelligence data move projects with an estimated budget of $12M allowing Spectrum to have a single source of data post company merger that allows marketing analytics to continue to expand the company’s EBITDA. • Facilitated meetings with leadership and project team of 24+ across the U.S., provided status updates, & escalated risks and issues while utilizing JIRA to develop an intake process for new project requests & track bodies of work. • Performed Business Analyst requirements gathering & implemented “Project Kickoff” documentation while bringing expertise in the Atlassian suite to the team. • Defined scope, resources, budget, schedules, and facilitated daily standups and other project meetings.
