Daily Duties at Data File Technologies:
Organize the department's work assignments using Microsoft OneNote and the online project management tool at Teamwork.com to help our team improve collaboration, visibility, accountability and ultimately results. Project manager for a $250k tradeshow season to include the calendar, registration, supplies, shipment, and inventory. Support the team with printed marketing materials and promotional items. Report expense reports and manage the Business Development Department budget in Netsuite.
