Daily Duties at Self Legal Processing:

Oversaw legal processing company, creating invoices, ledgers, schedules, and payroll. Responsible for managing client and customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with state, local, and company policies. In charge of receiving, filing, and processing client and process server legal paperwork in a timely manner. Provided IT support, documentation, and service contracts for staff as needed.
