Daily Duties at The American Water Company:

Streamlined sales activities for entire staff of direct sales organization, working directly for the COO. In charge of CRM data accuracy and analysis, auditing processes to remove non-essential methods. Responsible for developing and monitoring sales goals companywide for sales staff and management. Ensuring program compliance, oversaw and monitored new process implementations. Created and facilitated training on new and existing processes. Responsible for creating department reporting dashboards for metrics monitoring, creating and approving marketing campaigns, and the development of sales and marketing strategies.
