Oversee daily business operations and processes for commercial audio and video design installations. Responsible for fourteen company divisions, supervising Project Managers, Project Engineers, Job Superintendents, Installation Technicians, and PM Support staff. In charge of facilitating weekly corporate meetings on safety and installation processes. Utilize Benefit-Cost analysis and Pareto Priority Indexing determining project selection improvement.
