Cultivated, promoted, and sold bankcard services to agent banks and large merchants. MERCHANT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 1997- 1998 Managed and maintained all existing merchant service accounts to include establishing electronic fund transfers, account closures and on demand support for complex batch transactions. TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE 1995 - 1997 Provided technical expertise and support to merchants with credit card terminals and printers; trained clients and representatives to use the terminal systems and problem solve technical solutions.
