Daily Duties at Next Gen Labs:
I was hired to build the expansion territory of the entire east coast. My first KPI was to hire 5 representatives in the first quarter. By then end of the first quarter I hired 15 representative, all of whom out performed their KPI's, and one regional manager. Within three months we had out sold the established west coast division by sumbitting 5000 samples, essentially doubling their sample count Before, I could even begin with the hiring of representatives, I developed a three custom reports to make it easier for the physicians to read and much easier to sell our services. I also recognized multiple CLIA violations that I was able to correct, which also helped our turnaround service by adding more options to send the samples to the lab. The company saved millions by correcting the CLIA issues and providing the reps with unique reports, accommodated by increasing shipping relations with multiple carriers as opposed to having just one. Exceeded monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets by cultivating existing client relationships and targeting prospective strategic accounts within assigned geographical or vertical markets Complex sales cycle management; manage the entire sales process engaging the appropriate cross functional resources to achieved desired result Create and maintain a pipeline in SalesForce to ensure over achievement
