Design, implement, and manage telemedicine projects for hospitals and physician group practices. Conduct organizational readiness assessments (are we ready to go forward) and senior management orientation and team building awareness programs (how do we proceed). Provide strategic and sustainable business planning including: clinical use case prioritization, vendor/product evaluation & selection process, organizational workflow analysis, and specialty care telemedicine consulting services. Publisher of Telemedicine Resource Guide & Vendor Directory profiling market leaders and emerging companies.
