Daily Duties at Jc Penney Corporation:
Provided customer service through managing and providing leadership to assigned division for all sales floor processes related to selling activities to stores' sales and profit objectives, ensured all merchandising and store environment plans are fully implemented, store events effectively executed, and customer service is of the highest standard possible. Analyze sales results by entity and sub and determine course of action to improve sales in under performing areas. Provide coaching/direction to associates and supervisor. Follow up with the store manager on the specific action plans to build opportunity areas. Capitalize on marketing events by developing and implementing action plans to drive sales particularly during Major events. Follow up each event with diary notes to improve future event planning. Ensure supervisors achieves 100% execution of set sell planners by due date. Identify core standard hits and misses with the store manager during weekly walk through and provide action steps needed to improve standard. Coach my team daily to ensure that all fixtures are appropriately sized, colorize, and maintained.
