Follow up with the store manager on the specific action plans to build opportunity areas. Capitalize on marketing events by developing and implementing action plans to drive sales particularly during Major events. Follow up each event with diary notes to improve future event planning. Ensure supervisors achieves 100% execution of set sell planners by due date. Identify core standard hits and misses with the store manager during weekly walk through and provide action steps needed to improve standard. Coach my team daily to ensure that all fixtures are appropriately sized, colorize, and maintained.
