Daily Duties at Cvs Pharmacy:

Responsible for the total, efficient and profitable operations of a CVS Pharmacy and/or a health and beauty aide store. Additional highlights of my experience include leading customer service; handle all customer issues in accordance with company policy; maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Merchandising presentation; reset department following POGs adapting them to a particular store; Shrinkage; control use of register keys, securing door keys, alarm codes, and safe; administer, monitor, and react to internal loss prevention programs. Operations; Access, input, retrieve and analyze information from the system; order regular and promotional merchandise, maintaining appropriate inventory; develop sales/hours forecast; verify and document billing of merchandise, execute and document merchandise returns and transfers; schedule daily, weekly activities, prepare weekly work schedule, execute weekly payroll. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal. Prepare, complete and distribute reports and records, open and close store and attended district meetings. Human Resources; train, develop, and evaluate team members and supervisors; execute all necessary documentation for H.R.I.S administration; conduct performance appraisal for all directly assigned personnel; ensure on the job safety of all employees and treatment for employee; maintain a work place free from discrimination and harassment; maintain accurate and up to date personnel records at store level. Financial reporting/administration; analyze operating reports/documents and make recommendations; prepare store for a physical inventory; complete and analyze business reviews and develop and execute plans. Management; lead others and work effectively with store team; supervise, assign and direct activities of store team members.
