Daily Duties at Us Army:
Operation Manager • Oversaw operational and logistical support for 64 departments; processed over 4K documents with over 50K items valued in excess of $300M with 100% accuracy. • Guided professional development of 20 mid-level managers and employees, provided detailed monthly counseling and professional growth charts; resulted in 9 employees recognized for leadership and promotion. • Assessed training needs and evaluated training effectiveness of the company; assisted in the development of innovative teaching techniques and conducted professional development seminars. Senor Material Management Supervisor • Trained personnel in use of the Army Retail Supply System and managed 250+ accounts for supply and logistics. • Directed the ordering, receiving, storing, and turn-in of repair parts and associated equipment for 31 companies servicing over 6K employees. • Enhanced database, and updated client information customer transaction and financial reports. • Conducted monthly 100% inventories for the warehouse consisting of 3K line items with zero deficiencies. Material Management Supervisor • Facilitated the turn-in of over $1M of outdated equipment; returned over $800K to the unit’s budget. • Prepared, presented and tracked data to headquarters related to inventory, stock control, and accounting reports. Senior Logistics Manager • Directed, developed, and performed logistics management operations for 80+ employees to include the planning, coordinating, or evaluating of logistical actions required to satisfy executive directives. • Participated in weekly meetings to provide statistical data and department updates for executive management. • Provided input to department director in all planning, operational and budgeting functions, including vendor management and contract negotiations.
