Led the Department of Business and Graduate degree programs. Created the Master of Business Administration program and recruited targets for first-year implementation Created department targets for increases in these programs, achieving the target from 2015-2016 Provided full time and adjunct faculty hiring recommendations to the Academic Dean Conducted annual performance reviews of faculty and staff.
