Daily Duties at Hope International University:
Collaborated with the Vice President for Academic Affairs and President’s cabinet. Established and worked with the Business Advisory Board Overhauled course curricula for graduate and undergraduate degree programs. Established the College of Business and Management's goals and objectives to include financial responsibilities of budgeting and strategic planning and execution Recruited, employed, supervised, and evaluated program chairs, full time faculty and adjunct faculty Oversaw the supervision of personnel, which included work allocation, training, and problem resolution Formulated and proposed annual budgets and administered periodic cost and productivity analyses
