Daily Duties at California Southern University:
irect all academic operations for the university to include WASC Accreditation/Reaffirmation, Assessment, reporting requirements to WASC and BPPE Lead, manage and mentor Deans, Chairs, Assessment Analyst, and administrative staff Provide academic strategic planning, administrative leadership, direction, and evaluation for all academic activities and faculty affairs at the University Review performance metrics related to the delivery and the quality of programs, services, equipment, facilities and events. Present results to Senior Leadership and provide feedback to staff on results Review and approve annual organizational plans and budgets Demonstrate sound fiscal management and empirical-based decision making by overseeing program development, budgets, and facilities of all academic and academic support units Develop and implement business strategy consistent with CalSouthern’s organizational strategy to develop and implement programs, strengthen brand awareness, and attract students to the university
