Managed teams of up to 40 unionized manufacturing equipment operators, mechanics, and electricians. Put new tools into practice and trained employees on proper use. Oversaw large manufacturing processes. • Increased main KPI’s like line efficiency from 60 percent to 75 percent. • Implemented new 5S and VPO tools for more efficient processes throughout entire department to drive results. • Decreased equipment downtime with the use of process knowledge by troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and procedural issues. • Used telemetry and real-time data to maintain uptime and delegate priorities to technicians.
