Daily Duties at Kroger Pharmacy:
Accurately dispense prescriptions while tending to staff and patient inquiries. *contact prescribers regarding any issues with scripts and resolve the issue *Evaluate prescription dosages and potential drug interactions. *Administer flu and non-flu shots (gave 120 shots in one Sunday at my offsite clinic at St Kenneth church with 3 services, this is done every year). *Counsel patients on prescription and OTC products, thoroughly reviewing information and directions to reduce user error. : Promoted to pharmacy manager. • Manage workflow/process, guaranteeing patient satisfaction. • Engage patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues in a timely manner and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience. • Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations, company policies and standards. • Follow the Good Faith Dispensing policy in conjunction with state and federal controlled substance laws when filling prescriptions. • Raised vaccine awareness, increasing FLU vaccination by 10% in 3 months.
