Held responsibility for all aspects of product production and distribution logistics, including US- and Canada-based outsourced cold storage operations. Orchestrated inbound transport of raw ingredients and packaging materials for production, as well as outbound finished product transportation to retail / distribution points and export locations, utilizing truck, LTL, and rail transportation modes. Led supply chain analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, managing continuous process improvements to propel productivity, efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
