Daily Duties at Antelope Valley College:
started as the administrative assistant for the VP of Academic affairs; arranged meetings (coordinated professionals to attend, meeting room, equipment), took minute orders, scheduled travel, answered phones and directed people. Moved to Student Affairs, used the Banner system to create and upload course curriculum, assisted with the SOAR programs that enabled high school students to complete college level courses for credits, ordered text books, arranged commencement ordering all caps/gowns for administration and students, assisted with accounting needs.
