Daily Duties at Paradigm Precision:
Assign work to employees, quality of product, safety, on time delivery, performance reviews, 6s, machine maintenance, make delivery commitments to customers, schedule overtime, create build plans, daily toolbox meetings, approve time and attendance, resolve employee issues, cross training, work with other supervisors / managers to schedule work, manage shared service areas.
