Daily Duties at United Healthcare Medicare And Retirement:
I was in charge of the sales divisions of both the States of Louisiana and Mississippi for UHC. This included having 9 direct reports and over 800 independent agents. I was responsible for the budget, network issues and compliance. I hired my own staff of direct hires as well as recruiting captive agents. I was also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the external distribution channel at the FMO level or below.
