Daily Duties at Atkore International:

Supervised and coordinated all warehouse and distribution functions for a manufacturer of electrical infrastructure, sprinkler and fence products. Responsible for day to day operations of a 300K-sq. ft. facility with the responsibility for mentoring and coaching 36 union associates and team leaders. •Reduced OSHA incidents and the team received recognition for operating 500,000 hours without recordable injury. •Monitored Business Unit activity levels increasing carriers loaded from 75 to 90 per day. •Ensured that all warehouse inventory transactions posted to reduce FEDEX, UPS and Will Call backorders from 30 per day to less than 5.
