Daily Duties at Coca Cola Refreshments:

Managed a three shift 240K sq. ft. Warehousing and Distribution Operation with a 1MM case storage capability, 12MM case annual sales, and 16.6MM annual case throughput. Supervised an immediate staff of 9 Supervisors, 11 Inventory Control assistants, and 97 hourly associates in a union environment with a budget of 7.1MM. • Maintains accountability for 139 trailers utilized in daily route deliveries, 20 Forklifts, 28 Walkie Riders, 21 Battery Chargers, 1 battery Changer trolley, and 1 single sided Layer Picker. • Increased Voice Pick utilization from the bottom 5% of the country (39%) to one of the highest utilization rates of 97.5%. • Implemented Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) to track pallet building efficiencies with a minimum established efficiency of 100%; on track to meet and exceed pallet building efficiency of 140%. • Picked Cases Per Hour (CPH) currently at 141 CPH with an established future target of 160 CPH. • Reduced mis-picks from a high of .45% to below an established goal of .20%. • Drastically improved Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) by implementing GEMBA walks and a rigid internal sanitation checklist to validate compliance daily. • Implemented a Stock Rotation Process to ensure First in First Out inventory principles were followed in conjunction with a weekly At-Risk Analysis to confirm stock rotation and decrease Out Of Date (OOD) product. • Increased receipt accuracy from 50% to 97% by implementing a rigid Lock Box System to ensure blind counts were performed independently and all variances reconciled within the hour. • Decreased Out of Stocks (OOS) from a high of 3000 cases to a new low of 42 with an average of 150 per day. • Successful Go-Live of SAP CONA ERP system March 2015. • Selected Super User CONA SAP implementation team.
