Daily Duties at Multi Pack Solutions:

Managed and oversaw 2 supervisors and 100 hourly team members in the execution of the production plan for weekend operations. Responsible for balancing productivity, cost, and morale while ensuring a safe work environment and production of quality products. Worked with the VP / General Manager and other Operations Manager to analyze work flow and productivity measures that will achieve financial performance targets and customer expectations,Supported new business development processes by participating in customer visits, designing process layouts, determining equipment requirements, labor standards, and test run development, Provided and managed operations, maintenance, logistics and departmental performance metrics
