Daily Duties at New Win Cup Holdings, Inc.:

Manages a 4 shift Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) 24/7 facility and direct manufacturing activities. Provides direct supervision to a staff of four (4) Production Supervisors, (1) Cup Maintenance Supervisor and (1) Parts Room Supervisor while overseeing activities of the Receiving and Raw Material Department. Leads and manages a workforce of approximately 120 hourly employees engaged in the manufacturing of foam products totaling approximately $24 million annually. Maintains performance of 173 foam cup machines, 14 printers and all tooling and ancillary equipment related to the manufacturing and printing of foam cups. Manages safety, quality, production costs and production volumes, while meeting production schedules and managing team issues. Directs the departmental staffing, machine layout/utilization,safety, quality and sanitation. Monitors and implement actions to minimize excessive variations in material and labor utilization, equipment breakdowns, labor costs, and other significant issues affecting the performance of the department. Promotes team work and maintains team morale by ensuring fair discipline, listening to team members concerns and sustaining a good working relationships all cross-functional teams and departments.
