Business Plan development and Execution, Responsible for the management of all sales opportunities and performance monitoring of a regional sales team. Budget Management- accountable for teams budget and utilization. Customer Management- proactively trouble-shoot issues that arise with customers, work closely with KOL's, and key internal partners. Staff development- lead and develop representatives to achieve both professional and personal goals.
