Daily Duties at Gdit:
Currently, overseeing and supervising cross-functional team as the Deputy Director. Ensure over 800 clinical quality metrics are reviewed and updated annually in addition to over 1,000 service center inquiries answered and numerous teleconferences, presentations and education/outreach materials developed. Continuously review documentation to ensure compliance to the federal register and update it alongside the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Suggest implementation of enhancements to documentation, processes and ideas to ensure the project’s success. Implement new Agile-Lean processes, collect end-user feedback as well as client input and continuously improve processes based on lessons learned.
