Daily Duties at Goodwill Industries:
• Supervision of a $19M volume district with 10 stores located in three counties located in Central Florida. • Supervision of 60-store management members and 200+ store associates. • Responsible for attaining and surpassing sales goals. The district went from last to first in sales in 2017. • Tested new POS system for company in district; the new system was adopted company wide • Tested new SKU system for inventory control for the company in the district; new SKU was implemented company wide. • Ongoing recruiting, development, and training of employees. Promoted two employees into store manager positions. • Communication company’s ethics, principles, values, and culture. • Participated in all corporate activities for the wellbeing of the community. Number one district in Round Ups.
