As Engineering Program Manager Exterior Vision Systems, I handled the execution of New product designs to reduce costs, improve customer confidence, reduce constraints and eliminate quality issues. Mentoring and coaching to Junior Engineers, Suppliers and Vendors for the development of New vehicle programs to comply with Technical, quality, scheduling, supply chain, competitors gap analysis, testing and cost targets. Provided managerial experience to a Product Engineering Team of 19+ Design Release Engineers and Technicians. My expertise in Tooling and Plastic Injection molding supported in achieving cost targets and improving product designs. Provide pilot and launch phases assembly plant support. Responsible for managing the communications, presentations and interaction with Product Design Office, Purchasing, Vehicle Program Management, Supplier Quality and Manufacturing Teams for all Pick-up truck programs.
