Daily Duties at Laserfiche:
Managed and executed all sales-related activities across all market sectors within the Eastern US marketplace; increased sales pipeline by $3 million. Ensured clients maximized their software platforms to achieve business goals through corporate webinars, training, workshops via product presentations through SaaS, subscription, and on-premise. Steered client relationships including increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and exceeding client satisfaction. Identified and resolved process issues to strengthen onboarding, streamlined procedures, and efficient workflows. Liaised with Customer Success Manager to implement strategic planning supporting revenue goals with accounts. Presented monthly reports, including sales forecasts, sales highlights, and CRM activities. Worked with clients to establish goals, key performance indicators, and retention initiatives for software solution goals. Identified/developed up-sell opportunities and advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
