I organized and managed programs with business initiatives, including the definition of objectives, scope, analytical, operational analysis, issue management, process improvement, and provided resolution proposal with a short-term and long-term development strategy included organic and inorganic (mergers and acquisitions) initial options, managed all of the stakeholders, drive cross-functional engagement and collaboration, and documentation with written-communication. Partnerships with business leaders, R&D, product management, and supply chain teams to create business insights for business future growth. Due to limited time and workload, exercised my leadership ability to prioritize, excellent communication skill, and provided a positive impact on the program and meet deadlines.
